Welcome:

The Spring Niagara  Craft Show is a two  day show and sale being held on Saturday May 16, 2020 10am to 5pm and on Sunday May 17, 2020 from 10am to 4pm.    Artisans, Crafters and Gourmet Food Creators both emerging and established are invited to submit an application for an opportunity to participate.  This upscale venue offers plenty of free parking, and creates the perfect environment to showcase quality workmanship.

 If you are proud of what you create, are driven to be the best at what you make;  we invite you send in your application in order for the opportunity to  be accepted as an Exhibitor in our show.  We are NOT A buy and sell show.  You and/or your company needs to play an integral part of the creation  of what you wish to exhibit and sell at our shows.  

The Spring Niagara Craft Show 2020  will be hosted in a first class building  at The Holiday Inn in downtown St. Catharines Ontario. 

​The show will host over 100 exhibitors  This perfect intimate venue is easy to find, and just 5 minutes drive from the QEW.

This destination location is a little more than an hour drive on a weekend drive from  the GTA. As part of the Golden Horseshoe; our marketing geographical area reaches the vicinity  of 9.2 million people. 
 
In addition to social media buys, community notices, and affiliates support, our consumer information  will strategically reach thousands in the Niagara area.

    SPACES AVAILABLE (all indoor only)
    All  spaces include an 8' high pipe and back wall drape and 3' high sides(s)
    Electrical  (120 Volt - 15 amp ) is available at a fee of $40 00
     All electrical equipment and cords must be CSA/ULC/or ESA approved. All electrical cords must be in good working order, not be overloaded and have ground pins intact.  15 amp electrical outlets are not intended for commercial cooking equipment, freezers or other high wattage equipment. Operating high wattage equipment can cause a power failure which if required to call in an electrician to make it operational, you agree and will reimburse the Organizer for the expense should one be occurred caused by you/your equipment. 
    General Rules
    • NO MICROPHONES OR SIMILAR DEVICES PERMITTED THAT MAY BE DISRUPTIVE TO NEIGHBORING BOOTHS. YOU MAY NOT USE A GENERATOR OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES NOISE. 
    • YOU MAY NOT SOLICIT OR CONDUCT BUSINESS OUTSIDE YOUR BOOTH RENTAL SPACE. 
    • NO HANDMADE SIGNS (OF AN AMATEUR NATURE). NO SIGNS OF REDUCED SALE PRICE,  OR SIMILAR . 
    • NO OBJECTIONABLE PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE IN POOR TASTE SUCH AS WRITTEN FOUL LANGUAGE, OR OF A SEXUAL NATURE THAT WOULD BE OFFENSIVE TO SOME, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR ALONG THAT IDEA.  AT THE REQUEST OF THE ORGANIZER, THESE ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOW WITHOUT DELAY.   
    • NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.  
    • NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY BE ON THE SHOW FLOOR PRIOR TO SHOW TIME DURING SET UP OR AFTER SHOW TIME DURING TEAR DOWN. 
    • ALL REFUSE GENERATED BY EACH EXHIBITOR MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY FOR FUTURE DISPOSAL  BY THAT EXHIBITOR AT THEIR EXPENSE NO LATER THAN ONE HOUR UPON COMPLETION OF THE SHOW.  FAILURE TO DO SO; THE EXHIBITOR SHALL PAY A FINE EQUAL TO THE COST OF DISPOSAL BY THE ORGANIZER PLUS $100.  
    • INDOOR BOOTH DISPLAY AND/OR PRODUCT MAY NOT BE HIGHER THAN 8 FEET - NO TENTS ALLOWED
    • PIPE AND DRAPE IS NOT TO BE DAMAGED OR DRILLED, PINNED, ETC., OR EXCESS WEIGHT APPLIED TO IT IN ANYWAY THAT MAY CAUSE AN UNSAFE HAZARD.  
    • ALL TABLES  AND SIMILAR SURFACES SHOULD BE COVERED AND FINISHED WITH NO SPACE SHOWING UNDERNEATH BY A CLOTH OR SIMILAR SO AS TO PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL FINISHED LOOK. 
    • FOOD SAMPLING (2 oz or less)  IS PERMITTED FOR THE PURPOSES OF SELLING A TAKE AWAY PACKAGED CONTAINER FOR HOME CONSUMPTION  (NO SINGLE SERVING SIZES OR OPEN FOOD CONTAINER SUCH AS A SINGLE MUFFIN (UNLESS SPECIFICALLY  AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY THE ORGANIZER ) .   
    • NO DRILLING OR ATTACHING ANYTHING TO WALLS, GLASS,  CEILING OR FLOOR OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE BUILDING THAT IS NOT ABLE TO BE REMOVED BY THE EXHIBITOR BY END OF SHOW HOUR WITHOUT DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. 
    • NO COMBUSTIBLE FLAME 
    • NO HIGHLY SCENTED PRODUCTS TO BE OPEN ON DISPLAY THAT SMELL WOULD LINGER TO YOUR NEIGHBORS BOOTH.  ​

    SET UP:  SET UP TIME WILL BE PROVIDED CLOSER TO THE SHOW DATE 
    Set up time allocated will be both the night before and the morning of the show. 

    TEAR DOWN: EXHIBITOR AGREES TO NOT TEAR DOWN, REMOVE PRODUCT OR DISPLAY, OR VACATE THEIR BOOTH DURING THE PUBLISHED  HOURS AND DAYS OF THE SHOW. TEAR DOWN WILL COMMENCE AT 4:01PM ON THE FINAL DAY OF SHOW. 

    SECURITY:    THE VENUE PROVIDES SECURITY DURING CLOSED HOURS.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE ORGANIZER  RESPONSIBLE  OR LIABLE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR SECURITY OF YOU OR YOUR YOUR BELONGINGS AT ANYTIME.  TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR YOUR PROTECTION. 


    FOOD EXHIBITORS :

    SPACE RENTAL:
    The space you rent allows you to showcase and sell your products as approved by the Organizer within the defined areas of your demised space. You the Exhibitor shall be subject to observe all statues, regulations, by-laws, and rules and regulations in force and whether or not any express notice of same shall have been given to you the Exhibitor.
     
    Your display including product must not exceed the height restriction  and must be contained within the demised rental area.   Nothing may be drilled or attached to the walls, floors or ceiling or any other part of the building that may cause damage by excess weight or by any other means whatsoever.  
     
    The Exhibitor shall not sublet, assign or otherwise alienated by the Organizer but the same shall be for all purposes personal to the Exhibitor only and any breach of this provision shall render such agreement immediately null and void.  The breach of any by-laws or rules and regulation or provision of this agreement authorizes the Show Organizer to summarily cancel this license agreement therefore revoking the right to exhibit as provided herein. Upon cancellation the Exhibitor shall forfeit any right of refund. 
     
    INSURANCE
    The Exhibitor shall be responsible for their own liability insurance  no less than the amount of  Two (2) million dollars during  the duration of the occupancy of the premises of the show venue. The Exhibitor agrees and will provide a certificate of insurance to the Organizer should the request be made by the Organizer within 7 (seven) days.   
     
    The Organizer reserves the right in cases of an emergency  to  cancel summarily any or all agreements  and permits this respecting occupation of the right of occupation of any stall of any portion of the Venue  without notice given or reasons stated upon payment to the Exhibitor entitled of the proportion of the fees covering the unexpired portion of the term hereby and without claim or redress on the part of such Exhibitor against the Organizer or any other person or corporation which might claim contribution or indemnity from the Exhibitor.
     
    The Organizer reserves the right to choose it’s artisans in keeping with the general spirit of supporting and promoting the arts and ‘small-box’ shopping in an upscale atmosphere. Failure to comply with the intent of this declaration may disqualify the Exhibitor  from participation in this and future shows, at the sole discretion of the Organizer. 

    Cancellation Fee
    Absolutely no refunds or credits within 100 days of the event date under any circumstances.  All cancellations made prior to the 100 day window will receive their full refund less $100 administration fee (plus HST). 

    HOW LONG IS THE JURY PROCESS BEFORE I GET A REPLY?   
    Subject to the number of applications, we will endeavor to respond to you within 10 working days.

    WHAT HAPPENS ONCE ACCEPTED?   
    We will send you an email, with a breakdown of your accepted space along with an invoice.  In order for your agreement to be binding, you agree to settle your account in full within 3 days (72 hours). If you do not pay it within the 72 hour time frame, we have the right to withdraw our offer without further notice or future obligation.  We accept e-transfer  for payment sent to info@NiagaraCraftShows.com or you can also remit your payment using any major credit card via Paypal.  PLEASE WAIT FOR US TO APPROVE & INVOICE YOU.  HST IS APPLICABLE AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE AMOUNTS ABOVE.
